Young farmers – strengthening farms (AFIR, DR-12)
Up to 200,000 EUR per project (at most 80% of costs for farmers up to age 40) for investments in the farm. Session open 6 October – 2 December 2026.
Start-Up Nation România
A free entrepreneurship course (40 hours) and then funding of up to 250,000 lei for young people aged 18 to 29. Registration for the courses started on 6 October 2026.
FNGCIMM guarantees for SME loans (Plafon and Expres)
A guarantee for SME loans: up to 80% for investments and 50% for working capital, requested through the lending bank. It is not a state guarantee.
Noua Casă (First Home)
A mortgage with a 50–60% state guarantee to buy a home, with a down payment from 5%. For 2026 the ceiling of the guarantees is 500 million lei.
