A grant for SMEs that develop new services, applications or products and adopt advanced technology. Until 30 October 2026.

Up to 50,000 EUR per project (at most 85% of costs) for investments in small farms. Session open until 31 October 2026, 16:00.

A free entrepreneurship course (40 hours) and then funding of up to 250,000 lei for young people aged 18 to 29. Registration for the courses started on 6 October 2026.

Up to 200,000 EUR per project (at most 80% of costs for farmers up to age 40) for investments in the farm. Session open 6 October – 2 December 2026.

Eco-vouchers of 10,000–18,500 lei toward a new vehicle, in exchange for scrapping an old one. Registration until 31 December 2026 or until the funds run out.

A guarantee for SME loans: up to 80% for investments and 50% for working capital, requested through the lending bank. It is not a state guarantee.

A mortgage with a 50–60% state guarantee to buy a home, with a down payment from 5%. For 2026 the ceiling of the guarantees is 500 million lei.

Funding for integrated support services for vulnerable single-parent families. Until 15 October 2026.

Funding for centres that protect and reintegrate victims of domestic violence. Until 15 October 2026.

A travel pass across Europe for 18-year-olds. Registration in the October 2026 round closes on 15 October, 12:00 (Central European Time).

Funding for technological research and innovation projects, run jointly by companies and research organisations. Until 16 October 2026.

Funding for the infrastructure of public hospitals that host mental-health centres. Until 28 October 2026.
